We operate a technology platform and online community that are designed to form a network of users to engage, share and learn with a view to sharing knowledge in the real estate, credit, information, investment, finance, & commodities sector. ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP

We offer membership to any individual who pays its current subscription fee on our website.

The subscription fee is a one off payment upon joining our website and app.

Please note we do not accept cash payments of any kind.

We do not offer refunds given our exclusive educational content and services are provided immediately upon signing up.

We reserve the right to change our fees from time to time at our discretion. If we terminate your Membership because you have breached these Terms of Service, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees. Likewise, if you terminate membership of BS you shall not be entitled to any refund of your subscription fee.

If you are a member, you may review, update, amend or delete information on your account by logging into your account.

KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS SAFE

You must keep your user identification code, password or any other piece of information used for our security procedures as confidential and not share the same with any third party.

We have the right at any time to disable any user identification code and or password, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

If you suspect or know of any third party who has access to your user identification code or password we advise that you notify us immediately at support@breadandbutter.academy and that you change your account details immediately.
